That framework is still the system of so-called fields of action, under which primary and secondary prevention measures are grouped: sport/exercise, muscles/skeleton, mental health, and health knowledge/awareness raising. Since that pioneering phase, the founders of Health Prime have identified measures and screenings that live up to this aim in both content and quality: preventing illness or at least detecting it early.

Preventing the suffering that illness and impairment so often bring is a strong reason to raise awareness and empower the workforce. In the workplace, the focus is on keeping the workforce healthy and motivated over the long term. We have been able to show that our measures can indeed reduce sickness absence, and with it the costs for companies (and for society). Corporate health management programmes also give employers a competitive advantage that helps them retain employees or recruit successfully (the 'war for talent').

Putting together a set of measures is not enough on its own. Over the years we have worked with companies on the points that matter most when establishing corporate health management in a business: the uptake rate, meaning the number of employees who take part.
